Damaged or Defective Products

In the unfortunate event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, or if you accidentally obtain the wrong item, we are happy to accept returns. We will gladly and quickly provide a complete refund in such circumstances.

We respectfully ask that you please take a minute to properly inspect your order after you receive it. Please get in touch with us right away if you find that the item is broken, flawed, or that the wrong item was sent. This will allow us to evaluate the problem right away and make sure we take the appropriate action to fix it to your complete satisfaction.

We will get back to you as soon as your return is received and inspected regarding the status of its eligibility for a refund. The original payment method will be used to accomplish the refund in the event that your return is accepted. Please be aware that from the date of return delivery, it could take 3-7 business days for the refund to be credited.

Exchange Policy

We have a "No Questions Asked" exchange policy that is intended to be simple to understand. If there are any concerns with a product's appearance, color, or size that are causing you to be unhappy, you can choose another item from our collection.

We respectfully ask that you promptly advise us of your exchange requirement as soon as you become aware of it, in order to facilitate a smooth exchange process. We are able to reserve the things you have requested for you thanks to your prompt communication, which ensures their availability before high demand makes them unavailable.

We will notify you as soon as your return is received and inspected regarding the status of your exchange approval. Your exchange order will be shipped out quickly if your return has been approved.

 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product should remain unstitched, unused, and unaltered in any way.

  • To expedite the processing of your return, we do require a photo or videography showcasing the damage.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with product tags intact.

  • Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

To make the exchange or refund process easier, kindly share the Order ID and return courier tracking ID.
