Damaged or Defective Products

At House of Pranaya, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our handloom sarees. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly accept a return and issue you a refund coupon equal to the product’s value. This coupon can be used toward any future purchase on our website. Please note that refunds will not be credited back to your bank account or original payment method.

Refund & Return Conditions

• Any issues must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be returned to House of Pranaya within 7 days of delivery to claim a refund coupon.
• Customers must provide an un‑edited opening video of the parcel clearly showing the to & from address, product, and packaging condition at the time of opening. This video is mandatory for refund claims.
• Color variance is not considered damage or defect. A variation of 5–10% in color is expected due to differences in cameras, lighting, and viewing devices (phones, tablets, screens). Refunds will not be accepted for this reason.

No Return / Refund / Exchange on:

• Sale items
• Beaded or sequined items (minor fall‑off is expected)
• Dislike or mismatch in expectation
• International orders
• Handloom sarees: As these are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, motifs, dye shades, thread pulls, sand smudges, and pattern irregularities are natural characteristics of authentic handloom craftsmanship. These should not be considered defects, but rather a hallmark of genuine handcrafted textiles. Additionally, minor dye residue or sand marks may occasionally be present as part of the traditional production process and typically disappear or reduce significantly after the first wash, further enhancing the saree’s natural beauty and comfort.
